Soccer League
This soccer league is one of 5 Star’s favorite leagues to run! During this session practices will be spent teaching the kids the skills of dribbling, passing, shooting, throw-ins and more. The coaches have many fun ways to teach and practice these skills with games to keep the kids wanting more. Players will be split into teams to play games each week where they will get to combine their skills that they learned in practice. Sign your kids up for this league and enjoy watching them show off all their favorite moves!
Summer 2024
Parent and Me Soccer
This exciting program will help even the youngest soccer stars develop! Playing soccer with Mom & Dad has never been so fun! Each week new games will be introduced to improve the child’s skill level, knowledge level and most importantly their love for the game. Skills will be taught through fun games and working with parents as mentors to look up to and constantly encourage them. Soccer matches will also be played at the end of each clinic.

Soccer Skills
Come out with your friends, put on your soccer shoes, and have more soccer fun then you’ll know what to with! Come out and enjoy the most popular sport in the world with 5 Star Sports as we work on getting your little one to be the next big thing. We’ll go over all the basics, as well as emphasize teamwork as we go through this exciting class together. Shin guards are optional.

Floor Hockey
5 Star Sports Floor Hockey Hockey has quickly become one of the most popular sports around, and 5 Star Sports believes everyone should be able to play. For these hockey classes we’ll forget the skates and just focus on the major skills of hockey: Passing, Shooting, Puck Handling, Defense, and Teamwork. The kids will learn through a mix of skill-based games as well as full on scrimmages. These classes will allow the kids to learn these skills in a fun and yet controlled and safe environment. No equipment is required but the participants are more than welcome to bring their own sticks if they please.

Flag Football
You are invited to play the competitive sport of football without the tackling. You will be taught the fundamentals of football in this instructional and fun class. This class will consist of a flag football-style scrimmage where regular football gear will not be used. All equipment is provided, and games will be played at the end of most weeks.

T-Ball League
The Lake Bluff Park District and 5 Star Sports have teamed up to create a Spring T-Ball League. This class is perfect for your child that has enjoyed 5 Star’s T-Ball classes, and now wants the experience of playing in a game. Brand new equipment, games and drills will guarantee your child not only tons of fun, but tons of skill they will be able to show off on the field. Coach Chris’ hands on coaching techniques will make for practices filled with skill development, and game play experience.
Summer 2024
T-Ball/Baseball
Introduce your child to America’s past time in a fun and creative way. While the basic skills such as fielding, catching, and batting will be covered, your child will never be bored, as we make sure all kids stay moving and involved. Ball and bats are provided so just bring your glove and let’s play ball. Full innings will be played.
