Come out and enjoy the most popular sport in the world with 5 Star Sports as we work on getting your little one to be the next big thing. We’ll go over all the basics, as well as emphasize teamwork as we go through this exciting class together. Shin guards are optional.

Pickleball
The fastest growing sport in America is a fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong. The rules are simple, and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players. Kids are taught the fundamentals of serving and receiving the ball, volleying, dinking, positioning, and scoring. All equipment needed is provided for classes

Track and Field
What better way to get kids moving than running on a track? In this class, athletes learn basic track concepts while being encouraged to do their best, one step at a time. Starting with a warm-up and ending with a cool-down, each class outlines competition in track events focusing on fundamentals, effort and consistency. Reach your goals! It’s time to get moving and improving!

Basketball
Junior size basketballs and age-appropriate hoops make this program the perfect introductory class for kids looking to play the game of basketball. By practicing simple drills, the instructor will help kids become familiar with passing, dribbling and shooting. Team play, sportsmanship and fun will be stressed. Play basketball the fun and exciting way, the 5 Star Sports way!

Tennis
Tennis is a game that can be very fun even at a young age. Your young tennis star will learn the right way to hold their racquets, the proper techniques of striking the ball, and the rules and positioning of the game. Fun is the number one goal, as we will play many exciting games that will help your child build both love and knowledge for this great game. Every player will always stay active and involved. A tennis racquet is needed to participate!

Floor Hockey
